Saturday Market: Good For All Ages

10. Cat Walk. Saturday Market is known for some odd behavior, which this man walking his cat portrays along Natio Parkway.

















9. Saturday Market's Northern Waterfront Park is mostly known for the food venues and the now famous "Spoonman." Visitors travel between the Events 3 main sections, including Ankeny Plaza off of Natio Pkwy.











8. Some children bask in the sunlight and aren't afraid to get their boots a little wet in the fountain off the waterfront at Saturday Market.











7. Portland's Palm Reading guru shares her insight on the future of this young soon to be married woman. The Palm Reader shares her talent every Saturday and Sunday for over 15 years.

4. Local hipsters get their groove on to some Reggae music located in the middle of Saturday Market on their main stage right off Burnside.















3. All The Apparatus, local Portland Indie Rock band, enjoy rocking out with Saturday Market fans singing one of their smash hits "Let's Go Ride Bike." The 8 member band mostly plays on open street corners on weeknights and the only proceeds are tips and CD sells.





2. Lunchtime. Portlanders from all over flood the food venues with over a dozen different choices ranging from Thai to good Southern BBQ.









1. The regular season kicks off the first week of March, but Saturday Market is still going strong with thousands of visitors each weekend. The season goes from the March to December each year.
